Our tours are arranged for Jehovah's Witnesses and those who study the Bible with them only. However, non witness spouses and family members are welcome to join their Witness relatives who may be taking one of the trips with us. Children are welcome, of course, but we fInd, for the comfort of all, that some ages are not suitable for the tours and bus days to be enjoyable. We welcome you to call us with your unique situation no one is excluded without discussing the matter first.

We have come to the conclusion that in order to have Jehovah's blessing on these vacations, we have to operate them in an organized and loving manner. This includes heeding the admonition against bad association (1 Cor 15: 33). For that reason we will usually ask your service committee for guidance when booking anyone on tour. This is not a reflection on who you are, but just an effort to ensure the orderly operation of a group this large.

We ask that you count the cost before you book, (Luke 14:28-30). A standard $50.00 (Fifty dollar) deposit is due as soon as you make your booking. Your space is not guaranteed until that is received in Fredericton. This deposit is non-refundable (unless we would cancel the tour for some reason), but if you are able to fill your space (including sharing the room with your companions) you will be able to receive that back from your replacement. At times we have a waiting list and would be happy to help you find someone to fill your seat or even to share a room with you if you wish. Final payment is due in Fredericton 60 days (sixty) BEFORE your day of departure. If for any reason you are unable to comply with this, please let us know well in advance. A commercial tour of this length would cost about 125.00 per day or 1000.00 or more, so in order to maintain these low prices we must fill the bus. Please help us do that.
