When you are ready to call, you will need to have: your complete mailing address, an email address (if you have one), date of birth, passport number (if you just obtaining one, please let me know the number as soon as you can), name of traveling companions, phone number and place you would like to be picked up at. Please also provide your congregation, presiding overseer's name and number and whether you are a publisher, pioneer, elder, or ministerial servant. Your traveling companions then can call me separately to book. (except in the case of families living at the same address, they may call all at once.)
I will email/mail you a confirmation and as soon as you receive that you MUST send your deposit in order to guarantee your seat. Although we will not bump you until we call you back to confirm you still want the seat.
I will email/mail you a receipt for the deposit and booking confirmation. On the 60h day BEFORE your tour departs, you should have sent your final payment and I should have received it in Fredericton. Once that is here I will email/mail you more information, ie: the exact departure time and place, number of bags you can bring and other pertinent information.
